Tismo is my second company and I sometimes wish I joined here as a fresher because that would have helped me to learn things from scratch. Since Tismo deals with hardware, firmware and software, we can understand the complete structure of the project. I am able to continuously learn as we use the latest technology in the projects. I am lucky enough to be a part of this team and happy for the support provided to me professionally and personally especially during my both pregnancies. They understood the challenges I was facing and extended my maternity leave and even allowed me to work from home on a part time basis.
