Before covid we did a lot of really fun stuff as a company. Covid put a wrench in that, but we are now starting to do fun stuff again and get together to mingle. Overall I'm happy with where I'm at and with the company in general.
Cons
Covid wasn't fun, but they didn't let anyone go which was good. Although they care about the team, as the agency has continued to get bigger it's harder to have 1 on 1 relationships with everyone.
