Pros
I do not have much to say in regards to Pro's. I have worked for several other dealerships and auto groups and by far Titan's Motor Group's dealerships have always been on the lower end of pay, with the most hours.
Cons
Long hours, low base-pay, low flats - 12 hour day friday's. If we close at 9pm and the door is unlocked and a "customer" just so happens to slip in at 9:10...you best believe management is going to force you to take them. Have been in this situation several times finally being able to leave at about 12. Now imagine all that extra work after a 9-9 day to make a $65 flat (pre-tax)...insane
