Pros

The profit sharing and bonuses were great when first starting but that's only to distract you from the incompetency. Can be fun if you're the current suck up of the month.

Cons

Zero professionalism when was applying, not was there any when applying for other positions within the company. Management doesn't connect with employees to actually solve issues. hr and management are best friends so no complaints can be private and are always treated with retaliation. No effective interdepartmental communication. Complete disregard to NLRA in regards to breaks, confidentiality, and equality of compensation discussions. Don't respond well to being called out on bad business practices. Absolutely no growth in current department unless you leave the department.

Pros

Great benefits and decent pay.

Cons

There appears to be a lack of consistency in decision-making and accountability at some levels of management. There is also a perception among employees that advancement opportunities are influenced more by personal relationships and alignment with certain leaders than by performance, experience, or demonstrated results. This perception can negatively impact morale, trust in leadership, and employee engagement.
