Pros

Love it here. Feel like family. TBH, if you are not a people person then this is not the job for you. You accrue pto and sick time every pay period.

Cons

1. con is if you are on inbounds there is a season when you are on back to back calls. 2. low pay

Pros

-Work life balance -Growth … show up, do your job, & you can move up & they always recognize hard work -Culture … best company culture I have experienced; supportive & thoughtful -The work is easy, you know what to expect each day - Stability; never have to worry about hours being cut or contract ending b/c this position is permanent directly with the company

Cons

- Pay is low for the economy & rising inflation but it seems like they are working to make this better - Call center is very separate from the higher execs. Wish we would hear from them more
