- Lack of leadership literally... the executive team does not work in the office except the CTO - Shifting priorities and lack of clarity with a product roadmap - Very little to zero effort from leadership to define and develop a healthy culture - Lack of management experience - Lack of experience from design leadership creating simple solutions from complex business problems
