I've worked for Tobin Brothers for over 11 years now and have had a really positive experience. The way management handle day to day operations, customer service and staff concerns with care and consideration is admirable. They also have a dedication to training, upskilling and keeping staff so that good people want to stay on. Staff have access to free counselling services to support us outside of work, and access to training and resources to upskill within the workplace. I never imagined I would work for a funeral company but the people here and the working environment has seen me stay on. Good, genuine, caring people to work with and work for.

Families were appreciative of the support they received at a very sad and difficult time. Satisfy to be able to assist families.

Toxic Culture Money making is all they are concerned about, workers on all levels are treated badly, impersonal, dangerous, most toxic work place ever experienced. Never ever consider working for this organisation. Absolutely careless of families, it’s all about the money. To be fair the majority of funeral businesses are not in the business of caring and support they are definitely big money making operations. Incredibly high markups on all products and services. A very two faced company, all smiles when in front of customers, absolutely heartless behind closed doors.
