I've worked for Tobin Brothers for over 11 years now and have had a really positive experience. The way management handle day to day operations, customer service and staff concerns with care and consideration is admirable. They also have a dedication to training, upskilling and keeping staff so that good people want to stay on. Staff have access to free counselling services to support us outside of work, and access to training and resources to upskill within the workplace. I never imagined I would work for a funeral company but the people here and the working environment has seen me stay on. Good, genuine, caring people to work with and work for.
