Pros
-Team mates are nice and friendly, compensation is ok. -Other departments seem to be better, but not entirely sure
Cons
-Toddle is not the place for someone who needs autonomy and flexibility to thrive. You have to do exactly what they say, and the environment can feel very limiting. Their mindset is very rigid -They treat you like a fresher irrespective of your experience (specifically for this role) -Managers are not the brightest and can be micro-managerial. You will receive opposing views as feedback leaving you quite confused. The strangest part was when I was refering to a video by a senior for a demo, replicated it , and was then told "it is average and not up to the mark" -This is not your quintessential success role. It's actually support with a fancy title ,where you literally have to handhold teachers. They don't even have a proper support team which makes it cumbersome -If you ask them questions out of genuine curiosity, they think you're criticizing the product -Work life balance is a myth and Leadership can feel direction less at times
