Pros

The only reason I was there was for the kids

Cons

Management is non existent current director is a joke she's always on her phone and cares more about her friendship with her preferred teachers then her job. You don't get paid enough to live let alone survive. Was promised raises and help paying off trainings that are mandatory but never was reimbursed. The state has been involved more than once for child endangerment. Corporate is supposed to be there to help but they sit in the office while you do all the work. Teachers talk about parents behind their backs and write incident and accident reports just for fun when it comes to certain kids. Teachers tell kids to stop crying and don't care about how the child is feeling. When kids are to hard to handle TI calls CDS to get them screened even though the parents disagree with it. Cleaning list is to extensive. Directors are constantly looking at the cameras to incriminate someone for random causes. If the favored teachers don't like you you'll get fired! Always over ratio. It's kind of bad that when you're wearing your name tag and someone sees it they come up to you and say "toddle inn is going down hill, I'm sorry you work in that shithole" I've had to take my name tag off so people don't know where I work if I go somewhere on break. This place is full of discrimination and a whole slew of problems. I'm my opinion save yourself some money and get out while you can they do not care about your children.

Pros

The families are great, very supportive. Most coworkers are amazing and are also on board/against with what happens behind the scenes.

Cons

- no home/work balance, Forget trying to call out. They will try to make you come and/or bring your sick child to work if you have a child attending. -managers only worry about what benefits them and saving face to parents. - children with allergies are rarely accommodated, as staff is not always made aware by management.
