WORST COMPANY IN THE HISTORY - Manager Together Dental Employee Review

No pros, absolutely terrible company

Over worked and under paid. Does this company put their management through courses on how to bully their staff? Issues and drama every day which stem from management, and handled terribly, things never get put to bed and issues are used against you. You can report multiple issues to HR and they will turn a blind eye to you and completely dismiss everything. You won’t be given full training and then will be scolded for ‘not performing your job role correctly’ , and then still won’t be shown what to do properly. Management talk badly about young girls behind their back who are trying their hardest and put so much pressure on them just to sit in the office doing nothing and playing on their phones all day. They try to guilt trip you into working over time if you tell them you aren’t available because they are constant short staffed, because they are so terrible that they can’t keep any.

I really enjoy working for Together Dental. The environment is busy and fast paced, but I always feel fully supported by my team. There is a genuine focus on development and the exec team are great to work with and always welcome new ideas.

The company is actively trying to improve the business, which means there are frequent changes to processes. It can take some time to adapt to these updates.
