Where to begin. The first thing is that their pay is awful they offer abysmal remuneration packages unless you are in the main boys club of directors or their friends they employ. They offer poor benefits, no sick pay and no maternity / paternity packages. They DO NOT CARE about their employees. you are just a replaceable number to them. Even though they offer very little in remuneration and benefit packages they expect you to go 'above and beyond' (literally in their company ethos!) calling you on your days off, weekends, and evenings to get work completed, but they most definitely will not be working those same hours you are. The environment is completely toxic with the upper management. If your face doesn't fit you are out of the door and the senior team change so often there's no point even remembering their names. Just one poor group of managers to the next making poor decisions and expecting the staff to pick up the pieces of their new schemes. The communication is so poor that most of the staff are completely in the dark and being pushed and pulled in all directions so you cant even move forward. Just one crazy priority to the next with goalposts changing constantly. The environment is very sexist, ageist and massively unprofessional. 100% breaking health and safety rules and a soul shattering work environment. It will drive you to absolute burn out. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID AVOID AVOID.
