If you have concerns about the way that HR conducted a process then you can raise that with a member of the department that wasn't involved including the Chief People Officer, or another senior manager/Executive at Together or through using the grievance/Whistleblowing process. Defined processes are followed and they are supported by managers from the business who conduct both investigations and any formal hearings - HR are not the decision makers in these matters.
