Good pay for the role when looking at other organisations pay Development oppertunities for all who wish to progress Ability to work in various teams across the sector (I have worked in 5) Great collegues Supportive higher management with no hiarachial treatment, they will always pick up the phone and discuss issues. Good pension Good packages for maternity/adoption leave Good amount of holiday days

Can be a very stressful role when staff is low, this then causes others to go off sick or leave increasing staff turnover but this is the same across all housing compaines and front line careers.
