Pros
Toka gave me the opportunity to develop my skills across various projects, especially in branding and digital design. There is good space for autonomy and the chance to propose new ideas. Coworkers are talented and collaborative, and the workload is generally manageable.
Cons
The biggest issue is the lack of clear communication across departments and leadership. Many decisions are made without proper context, and important information doesn't always filter down to teams effectively. Additionally, some managers—particularly in middle leadership—lack emotional intelligence and professionalism when handling internal conflicts.
