      Pros

      Flexible work environment, good and easy communication with everyone (including founders), nice salary, remote.

      Cons

      The development process/onboarding needs some work, which I believe will improve a lot thanks to the new interim CTO.

      Pros

      At tokapi all employees are kind and super professional, they are accessible and are always willing to help, the work is interesting and I learn a lot off new things.

      Cons

      I didn't see anything, that could be bad everything is okay.
