Pros
Growing access to new markets. Opportunity to research and build your own strategies. We also have an annual-offsite which is usually good fun. Team is a mixed bunch from traditional finance, crypto, and big tech; with staff at different ages and experience, it's quite dynamic. We are quite collaborative, so I appreciate this.
Cons
The pace is definitely quicker here than in other firms. We like to keep agile so we can attack opportunities quickly. Not for everyone, but if you can survive a fast-paced environment, you will thrive.
