Pros
One of the biggest crypto exchanges in Indonesia, already well known. Professionally, I grew a lot - thanks to the experiences gained. Tremendous support in the marketing team, I can casually chat with the VP or CMO of my concerns at work and whatsoever.
Cons
This doesn’t apply to everyone in the company of course, just that sometimes you meet certain type of people that demand respect but they degrade others behind their backs type of thing. Unsure how things are now under the new leadership.
