I received contact in about a week after submitting the app. Each interview stage was held within two weeks of the previous stage. The process was well organized and so was the onboarding after accepting their offer.

I really love the team. We have an incredible group of tutors, and the internal and management team is growing rapidly. Especially this past year with COVID and with some of the isolation that comes from working from home, I've been really grateful to work with this team at TA. They make me laugh and everyone is super motivated and excited to be here. It's also a great environment for people who want to make an immediate impact. We are still a small group (but definitely entering a growth stage), so you don't have the bureaucracy that comes with a lot of bigger companies. You can come in and see the impact that you're making right away.

The time difference can sometimes be tough because our remote team is growing, so we need to coordinate with people all over the world.
