Worst company - ever - Consultant Tokyo Consulting Group Employee Review

Good start for fresh graduates to learn and gain experience.

Working with Japanese people and their culture is quite a headache but still can reconsider applying the task from them. Unfortunately, the toxic environment could affect a person's mental health. Yet the management didn't take action for this. The funny part is when the local staff was always on the phone (not related to work) during working hours but the management couldn't do anything about it and let the staff do what they want instead of reprimanding their behavior. Also always took credit for other people's hard work. This is unacceptable.

They provide good monetary benefits

Oh dear, from where do I start. One of the worst company anyone can be a part of. They treat their employees as trash. Forget work life balance, they will interfere in your personal life as well. I had a very positive assumption regarding the Japanese management system but now my believes are completely out of the window. I would never recommend anyone to be a part of this group. Not even my worst enemy.
