Pros
Great benefits, nice people to work with, good learning opportunities, lots of room for growth. Get to choose a new company iPhone.
Cons
Some reports have to be run on the weekend. Although the company gives you 18 PTO days, you have to use 6 of them during the forced shutdown at the end of the year. So, you’re really only left with 12 days to spend how you like.
