Bonus is nice, extended lunch breaks, and you are told to clock more hours than what you actually work.
Cons
You are told by management to lie to customers, very unorganized/inconsistent work flow, typically thrown to the wolves with little to no training, nepotism is rampant, and H.R. is clueless of day to day operations.
