Pros
Company is amazing and I love working here! Very laid back company, not very much micromanaging. Also they don't do lay offs when the work is slow, they will just cut your hours down for a short period but the company really believes in keeping all their employees, so great job security as well.
Cons
The pay is good but it's a middle paying company. If your looking to be paid on the much higher end of the industry average you probably won't get it here.
