Executive incompetence and dysfunction results in lack of operational and strategic alignment. CEO oblivious to how leaders do not communicate or support each other. Company managers seek clones of themselves with little to no diversity of opinion or operational innovation sought. Management continues to drink their own kool-aid with annual strategy meetings that celebrate doing the same thing the same way year after year. However they do enjoy creating new slogans to rally the troops every year!
