The projects were initially interesting albeit not very well paid.

The company decided to withhold my earnings for quality reasons, which they did not immediately outline. When they did outline the reasons after repeated requests, I did not agree that the severity was sufficient to withhold all my earnings for the past month, and it was only when legal action was brought into the situation that I was able to get the payment owed to me. They might argue that I delivered poor quality work - I had been working for them for years and they had only ever given me positive feedback up until that point. Not the right way to treat your workers in my view.
