This is a poorly managed company with a low level of professionalism throughout the organisation. Employee morale is extremely low, with many staff expressing dissatisfaction with senior leadership. Career development and progression appear to receive little attention, while pay rises and bonuses are minimal or non-existent. The company has invested heavily in AI initiatives while seemingly overlooking the contributions of its employees. Compensation structures are inconsistent, resulting in many individuals being underpaid relative to their responsibilities and job titles. Pay is also generally uncompetitive compared with the wider market. There is also a perception that senior management discourages employees from openly discussing compensation and career opportunities with one another, which can make it difficult for staff to advocate for fair treatment and advancement. Overall, I would not recommend working here.
