Local management is hopeless. They treat everyone with disrespect and disdain. Thinks all juniors are available 24x7 at his beck and call. We are employees and not your personal staff! Micromanagement is his style of leadership, unsurprisingly. Teaches everyone on how to do their jobs while thinking he knows everything under the sun. First to take credits and first to blame others. Not open to constructive criticism. Always overshoots the meeting time with no respect for time of others. People are leaving because of him. Team is half of what it used to be a year ago. Training is not a strong suit of this organization You're thrown at the deep end of the pool and you're supposed to figure things out yourself. As expected, the business head is of no help.
