If you have a manager that you like and understands there is a life outside of tom James, it could be a great place to work. Good luck finding someone who thinks there is a life outside of tom James.
Cons
My manager was Unprofessional. He made everyday living he (double hockey sticks) for me. He did drop offs to my referrals and management did nothing about it. He would call the person that referred me to the job on a regular basis and talk negatively about me, but he would never say a word to me about it. He would never even approach me about the negative things he would say. He was a 50 year old man trapped in a teenage girl body. After I left the job, I found out that he has hired several people and only one person has lasted (this guy is in a different office.) hmmm I wonder why. He complained to management about me being in two weddings. Hello, I am a 25 year old girl. I am sorry my friends like me. He would claim people were good active clients when the system would tell me he hadn't sold to them in 10 years. He was a horrible leader. He is the only person in this world that I hope I never see again. They force you to go out of town and don't pay you for it. They force you to take sales classes and they all tell you the same thing: their story on why they are successful. The company is so brainwashed it's crazy. If you invest in the company, you realize you don't get the money if you leave.
