Toma has a solid north star of delivering tangible value for dealerships. Everything from engineering priorities to sales conversations is rooted in what will best serve the dealer. This clarity makes it easy to focus, prioritize, and feel like your work has an impact rather than just shipping code. Being nimble is key as I’ve seen product features start from dealer feedback/request to live production within a single sprint. An added layer that I appreciate is how leadership is focused on doing the right thing for its teammates, and it shows in the way teams operate and decisions get made. It’s refreshing to work somewhere that genuinely listens to all stakeholders regardless of topic.

If you’re looking for a polished playbook or step-by-step instructions, this probably isn’t your place. There’s trust and autonomy, but you get to own the initiatives and get credit for doing so.
