The owner can be a little unsympathetic and half of the people that come in are super rude, which gets old

Met some cool people that worked there.

Half of the "clientele" doesn't tip. I would work a 12 hr shift and make what someone at a better restaurant would make in a 4 hour shift. Management doesn't care that you have to deal with literally the worst kind of people and not make anything.
