Pros

-Free Uniform Pieces -Decent PTO (ATO)/Ability to Carry Over accrued hours -Good Bonus Structure (if sales plans aren't dramatically unattainable)

Cons

-Upper Management is a "Boys Club" If you're not accepted on your first meeting, you have no where to grow -Focused on bringing talent from outside company -You may be training your NEW supervisor even after having 1 year + tenure -Upper Management does not hold themselves accountable -Anything that is going wrong in stores is solely the fault of those working in stores -No measurable career development plans -Yearly max raise has decreased a whole 1% in the past year, with in the past 2 years raises were frozen -Too concerned about cutting costs in store, which is eroding away at employee welfare and satisfaction -Upper management is not concerned about listening to what the customers have to say (unless it is about a poor experience the customer had dealing with an associate) -Upper management talks about saving money, but solution to any guest service issue is to give them $ or % off to keep them quiet and happy. -promotions that do not make sense to customers and language is not communicated well to stores or custoemrs -Dramatic shift in business model without any real explanation to stores -No follow up/feedback from internal interviews for promotions -Horrible turnover -Decreasing starting salaries across the board to save money

Pros

Good starting salary and beautiful location.

Cons

No structure and highest turn-over rate for managers of anywhere I have worked. I was terminated for improperly locking a warped accordion door. This door was never part of closing procedure as it had never been opened on a closing shift I worked. I was then told to have a guy help me because I wasn’t strong enough to shut it. The GM didn’t like me and I can see why. The regional played favorites to the GM and was fake and dismissive in interactions with me. The GM didn’t know what he was doing, other than pressing the much younger server staff he employed. There was no structure, no communication, and no organization.
