Pros

Great benefits including 20 vacation days to start and 6 sick days. Gain 5 more days after 5 years, etc. Can carry over 5 days to be use the next year until June. 401k company max up to 3% and after 5 years, fully vested in company provided pension. Health insurance is reasonable, i pay less than less than $200 a month for health and dental. Coworkers and managers are great and always very willing to help. Very casual and enjoyable atmosphere. Love working with everyone here, and we all value each other's hard work. Company provides free shuttle buses to penn station, port authority, and grand central making multiple stops along the route. This is very convenient for many of us. Company cafeteria is subsidized so it's cheaper than what you can get in manhattan. There are also other options within the building for higher price.

Cons

Being a big company, sometimes to get things done is a process and needs to get through all the hierarchy. Once when working on a project for my boss's boss, instead of contacting me directly about it, he would contact my boss to tell me to make changes which i find a bit off putting. Once again, it's the work hierarchy in a large company. But upper managements are trying to be more open and show their appreciation. Sometimes it's not easy to get promoted. I've seen many people leave because of this, and there's only so many positions open at a time.

Pros

great PTO and 401k, beautiful office stocked with snacks

Cons

Most of the people here are sooo toxic. Very high pressure environment with long working hours. They say they want to promote within but ALWAYS hire externally. Big corporation where you just feel like a cog in the machine
