      Salary was decent Nice bonuses cute clothes nice discount, including family

      Insanely long hours, reducing a normal salary to little better than minimum wage Paranoid culture - according to home office, every single employee is stealing Zero communication between stores and home office

      great PTO and 401k, beautiful office stocked with snacks

      Cons

      Most of the people here are sooo toxic. Very high pressure environment with long working hours. They say they want to promote within but ALWAYS hire externally. Big corporation where you just feel like a cog in the machine
