      micro management exists everywhere at all levels gets to be a constant reminder of the incompetentcy of supervisors. more attention given to competency of store level management vs regional, district qualifications.

      great PTO and 401k, beautiful office stocked with snacks

      Cons

      Most of the people here are sooo toxic. Very high pressure environment with long working hours. They say they want to promote within but ALWAYS hire externally. Big corporation where you just feel like a cog in the machine
