      Pros

      Work environment/ company culture. People are respectful of each other. Everone is friendly and nice to each other. Emplyees are trusted and given a level of autonomy. Employees are able to take time off ewhen needed and are not expected to work excessive hours on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Computer systems could be updated. Company had been going through a lot of changes (buyout/ re-structure, etc) which resulted in layoffs.

      great PTO and 401k, beautiful office stocked with snacks

      Cons

      Most of the people here are sooo toxic. Very high pressure environment with long working hours. They say they want to promote within but ALWAYS hire externally. Big corporation where you just feel like a cog in the machine
