Pros
A lot of great global projects, and lots of talented people to work with. The company is doing well, so the scope of work is always incredible. Amazing environment to learn and gain knowledge.
Cons
Not paying well, no consistency in terms of compensations. Most employees are working constantly overtime and weekends without any compensation or extra days off, lots of burn-outs and the situation doesn't seem to get better over the years.
