Cons
i come from a microscopically small store. there is a lot of personal drama and dirty politics within the store. although you will inevitably run into these issues at any work environment, i feel that these issues have been amplified in this store due to the size and extremely tight-knit staff. there are cliques, it is like middle school all over again. along the same lines of being in a small store, i feel that our stock room is too small for the amount of product that is sent to us twice a week. we end up putting excess merchandise in high piles on the floor of the stockroom.
