      Great resources, good benefits, the company is poised well in the economy.

      Cons

      Poorly run in certain departments. Lacking in communication with Upper Management, bonuses and raises weren't fairly assessed. Heavy favoritism in departments based on unprofessional values. -Not a professional meritocracy...

      great PTO and 401k, beautiful office stocked with snacks

      Cons

      Most of the people here are sooo toxic. Very high pressure environment with long working hours. They say they want to promote within but ALWAYS hire externally. Big corporation where you just feel like a cog in the machine
