Senior management seem to work as though they are an elite club with a them and us feel to them. I have to say this is not the rule but the exception among some of the company's SVPs. People are treated poorly in the Menswear division, and that is because of the man running the operation .He has a great team of people but treats them with contempt and direspect. Not sour grapes, but it is not ethical the way he operates.
