      Flexible schedule, employee discount, interesting co-workers.

      Cons

      If closing, forced to work 2-3 hour after the store closed (past midnight in many cases) to straighten the store and prepare for the next day.

      great PTO and 401k, beautiful office stocked with snacks

      Cons

      Most of the people here are sooo toxic. Very high pressure environment with long working hours. They say they want to promote within but ALWAYS hire externally. Big corporation where you just feel like a cog in the machine
