Good, hardworking team that keeps the city store afloat.
Cons
Manager relies heavily on team, was barely in the store, takes leave on stocktake/big sales, poor communication with team, plays favourites and makes it very obvious, will leverage shifts when they know a staff member is desperate for more hours, and give rosters last minute.
