Pros
The engineering team was one the most highly skilled and capable groups I've ever worked with. The technical work was revolutionary and could have been successful if not for poor management.
Cons
In short, the company is poorly managed and senior leadership habitually refuses to listen to their team members, advisors, and experts and would rather trust their own arrogance. This lead to a total collapse of their flagship space effort and the firing of 30+ engineers and support staff, leaving behind only a skeleton crew that will have no hope to continue anything meaningful. Management's approach to employees has the feel that employees should be grateful they are allowed to work for such a "great" organization. For a company that pride's itself on "Putting People First", they in fact rarely do.
