      Great, Intelligent people working together for good causes, felt like a family, fosters a learning mentality.

      Some drawbacks to a fast growing company, confusing management at times, but all together a good place to work

      Pros

      There are some really great, and kind people working here.

      Cons

      The culture here is very homogeneous and feels "bro-y". Senior Management is especially this way and lacks direction. There are a few people working here who are paid well, but most employees are very underpaid for the industry. Low employee retention rate.
