      Pros

      There are some really great, and kind people working here.

      Cons

      The culture here is very homogeneous and feels "bro-y". Senior Management is especially this way and lacks direction. There are a few people working here who are paid well, but most employees are very underpaid for the industry. Low employee retention rate.

      Fair wages, free health and dental insurance, up to date technology(hardware and software), free parking, Friday lunch.

      Cons

      Lack of structure. Lack of process. Lack of escalation plans and accountability. Management lacking in creating direction for subordinates.
