You may be referring to the unprecedented staff turnover that had occurred during the difficult Covid / post-Covid periods. We are a close-knit team and pride ourselves on our openness and non-hierarchical structure across the studio. All voices are welcomed and listened to equally. As a small team, there can be more responsibility and pressure placed on team members, but this can be a rewarding experience and provides a unique chance to learn what can often be missed within a larger practice. We aim to nurture each team member, enabling them to achieve their full potential, we can only apologise you felt this was not the case.
