Pros
Good benefits, good pay if you're willing to put in the work and establish your brand. The people are great, really enjoy working alongside a good team.
Cons
Really tough year, not just for the business, but for the industry - doesn't instill much confidence and you start to feel like a part in a machine, but I know the SLT are doing what they can.
