      Pros

      The real strength of the company is the people working there. It's a committed and fun crowd, and that's hard to come by. The office itself has a really nice vibe as well.

      Cons

      Tony's environment is ever changing at a high pace, leading to a lack of structure and stability. If you're okay with that then you'll be fine, but for those coming from a structured organisation it might be difficult to adjust.

      Unlimited PTO and they mean. Lunches are included. They really care about their employees.

      Unlimited PTO, provides lunch, fun outside activities, a lot of flexibility in the way you do your job

      Cons

      Can’t take unlimited PTO due to workload and lack of coverage, disorganized structure, overwhelming workload, lack of culture due to the recent growth and lots of turnover, micromanagement from Dutch team on US matters, a lot of infrastructural problems come to light very quickly
