      Everyone working there is "turned on" and working at a high pace while remaining focused. The energy in the company is quite healthy and everyone is focused on making it a success.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload can be a bit much due to the sheer volume of projects they're working on.

      Unlimited PTO and they mean. Lunches are included. They really care about their employees.

      Unlimited PTO, provides lunch, fun outside activities, a lot of flexibility in the way you do your job

      Cons

      Can’t take unlimited PTO due to workload and lack of coverage, disorganized structure, overwhelming workload, lack of culture due to the recent growth and lots of turnover, micromanagement from Dutch team on US matters, a lot of infrastructural problems come to light very quickly
