      Pros

      Fab company mission and great culture. Super supportive in terms of work life balance and also a very fun place to work! Lots of collaboration and ways to give input.

      Cons

      No real roadmap for progression - main reason I left. Hired in a lot of talent but failed to promote internally (unless you’d been at the company for a long time.

      Horrible leadership! The most incompetent Senior leadership I have ever seen. It's as if their goal is to run the company into the ground. Do not expect to last more than a year in this role
