      I wasted a full year of my life working in this company, without gaining any thing. I felt used and humiliated by the Abhishek (CEO) and Jeeta (God knows what position). They bully their employees to the extent that we have seen fights break out in the office and employees storming out! Then they send an email with the resignation. Recently, I have noticed that a lot of positive feedback about this company are coming up in Glassdoor, so I thought of putting in my views. I also noticed that the positive reviews are coming up during the weekend. I won't be surprised if Abhishek and Jeeta themselves are putting the reviews. Watch your step and research about this company over and over again before you think of joining. It was the worst decision of my life!

      Thanks for the review. It's natural for any company management to react and take immediate decisions (if critical) where employee outcomes and behavior go against set company standards. Tookitaki, as a company, is having its own organised workflows and our team members are expected to follow the same. At the same time, we always give ears to suggestions with regard to best practices and are open to correct ourselves if needed.
